Historically, Aam Panna is an Indian drink, known for its heat-resistant properties. Made from tangy raw mangoes, this summer drink is perfect for a fusion cocktail. Margaritas, as many may know, are a sweet and sour Mexican drinks that are perfect for summer time happy hour. You can make it even more "cooling" by blending in fresh mint leaves. For this drink, I garnished the rim with honey and rose petals, for a sweet aftertaste with each sip!
Aam Panna is prepared by boiling raw mangoes, and adding sugar, cumin powder, and black salt. This cocktail can of course be made without any liquor, and enjoyed for people of all ages and those who enjoy mocktails! Try it out and enjoy responsibly.
