Ingredients:
1 16 oz pack of raw shishito peppers
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chopped garlic clove
1 tsp honey (spicy honey is best)
1 tsp lime juice
Instructions:
Add sesame oil to a skillet on high heat until hot
Once hot, reduce heat to medium, and add shishito peppers and toss to coat in oil (be careful as these peppers will pop as they cook)
While peppers are cooking, mix together the soy sauce, chili flakes, garlic, and honey to create the magic sweet garlic soy sauce
Once peppers are tender and blistered on both sides, remove from heat and add magic sauce
Squeeze lime juice on top and serve immediately
