With Fall here and all the apple picking going on, I am getting tons of messages and requests to do more apple recipes. Tired of the same Apple pies, I have a dish that’s unique, delicious, and will definitely make good use of those hand picked apples! Even if you don’t go apple picking this fall, this recipe is a great transition of fruit into fall. It’s sweet, it’s sour- dare we call it the Vegan Kung Po Apple?
Give this recipe a try, and with only apples as the main ingredient- it’s super quick. You can have this on the plate within 15 minutes (including clean up)! Try it out and let me know how much you love this appl-icious dish.
