Why not take the two things New Yorkers love most, and fuse them? The best of two worlds, this easy and delicious brunch dish is perfect for any season, and will definitely have your guests coming back for more.
This flavor journey starts with the crunch of the warm pizza crust, followed by melt-in-your-mouth cream cheese, the saltiness bite of the capers, the crisp of the purple onions, finished off with the smokiness of the salmon. Adding Trader Joe’s “Everything but the Bagel” seasoning is the finishing touch you cannot do without. Personally, I love the idea of a New York bagel, but sometimes it gets too heavy with the cream cheese and bread. This pizza version is sure to leave you light and ready to take on the day! Can’t wait to serve this at our next brunch 🥂
