You wake up this morning to a crisp and cool autumnal breeze. It’s too early in the day (some would say) for s’mores, so why not curb your craving with this delicious S’more Chia Seed Pudding. Perfectly layered, bite will transport you to sitting in front of a warm fire place, in your favorite plaid shirt, sipping some hot apple cider. Try it out, and enjoy!
The only “prep” work in this dish is layering the ingredients and letting the chia seeds soak over night. Perfect for a no work, scrumptious meal.

Ingredients:
1 cup of chia seeds
2 cups of milk of choice
1 tsp sweetener (maple syrup or honey)
1 tsp cocoa powder
Graham crackers
Marshmallows
Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
Instructions:
Mix the chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and cocoa powder and place in a jar to “soak” overnight
When ready to serve, layer chia seed pudding, graham crackers, marshmallows (toast with lighter if you want), and chocolate syrup
Repeat until reach top of glass
