Ingredients for Mint Chutney:
2 cups fresh mint leaves
2 cups cilantro leaves (can use stems too)
8 cloves fresh garlic cloves
8 green chilies (more or less according to spice preference)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
Ingredients for Samosa Sliders:
1 pack of frozen samosas from Trader Joe’s
1 12 pack of King’s Hawaiian Slider Buns
1 purple onion sliced
2 Roma tomatoes sliced
Spinach or lettuce
Jalapeños sliced (optional)
Mint chutney
Cheese (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven, and cook samosas according to package
Meanwhile, throw all ingredients for chutney into blender and blend until smooth
Slice all vegetables, and keep on side
When ready to serve, and 5 minutes before samosas are done, throw buns onto sheet tray top side down, and place cheese on top
Take out and assemble
